ARTICLE 1 - Acceptance of the General Sales Conditions
The fact of confirming his or her order on the web site www.lesbijouxdolga.com, by phone or by mail is equivalent for the customer to his or her full and complete acceptance of the current General Sales Conditions which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
ARTICLE 2 – Order Confirmation and Contract Conclusion
The pictures and descriptions of the products are only indicative, and could be subject to minor modifications without engaging our responsibility or without constituting a ground for contesting the regularity of the sale. The commercial product offering contained in this site cannot be considered as definitive. Only the order confirmation by "Les Bijoux d'Olga" after validation of the payment can be deemed as order acceptance. "Les Bijoux d'Olga" will then confirm the order acceptance to the customer through one of the following means: e-mail, telephone, fax or postal mail.
The order confirmation or if need be the order refusal will be notified to the user upon reception of the purchase order by "Les Bijoux d'Olga". The retraction period available to the purchaser is 7 days. If the purchaser wants to forego this retraction period for a faster product delivery he should contact us.
DELIVERY TIME: delivery time ranges from 48 hours to 2 weeks after order confirmation by "Les Bijoux d'Olga” (on the strength of the postmark).
ARTICLE 3 - Obligations of the parties
Obligations of "Les Bijoux d'Olga": In case of its acceptance of an order and after reception of payment, "Les Bijoux d'Olga" has the obligation to deliver the ordered products to the customer. In order to offer the best service to its customers, "Les Bijoux d'Olga" binds itself to ship the products through the carrier of its choice.
Obligations of the customer: The customer pledges itself to indicate to "Les Bijoux d'Olga" an address to which the delivery can be made during business days and hours.
The customer pledges itself to pay the price laid down for the service of "Les Bijoux d'Olga" (price of the products and transportation expenses), as well as to pay directly to the forwarding agent or carrier the customs duties, VAT or other taxes if the need arises.
ARTICLE 4 - Customs duties, taxes
1 - For customers who are residents of France or of the French metropolitan area: the total price indicated in the order confirmation by "Les Bijoux d'Olga" constitutes the definitive price.
2 – For customers who are residents of European Union countries: the total price indicated in the order confirmation by "Les Bijoux d'Olga" constitutes the definitive price. The schedule of charges includes the price of the products, the handling charges, the packaging, the transportation charges as well as the taxes for exportation out of France.
3 – For customers who are residents of countries not members of the European Union: the total price indicated in the order confirmation by "Les Bijoux d'Olga" constitutes the definitive price. The schedule of charges includes the price of the products, the handling charges, the packaging, the transportation charges as well as all the taxes for exportation out of France.
4 - In cases 2 and 3, since the customs duties and the various taxes applicable in the country of reception are being paid by the carrier, the Customer commits himself to immediately refunding them to the carrier.
ARTICLE 5 - Price, payment, invoicing
The prices indicated on this site are in EURO. Payments for purchases can be made by:
- Credit card: VISA, Mastercard. (on-line payment under construction)
The charges to the credit card will be made in EURO at the time of the acceptance of the order by "Les Bijoux d'Olga".
Securitized on-line credit card transaction processes are designed for maximum safety. Indeed, all essential personal informations required to treat the orders are encrypted making their reading impossible during their transfer through Internet.
- Banking checks or postal checks made out to the name of "Les Bijoux d'Olga".
-Banking transfer, in that case we will send you the account number of “Les Bijoux d’Olga”
Payment by check is possible only by checks made out in EURO and only after formal agreement by "Les Bijoux d'Olga".
In the event of a payment by check or by transfer, your order will be processed after reception of the check. Consequently the delivery time starts on the day of reception of the check. The checks have to be made out to the order of "Les Bijoux d'Olga" and sent to the address below:

ARTICLE 6 - Transport, delivery, delays in delivery
Except otherwise indicated, the delivery is made to the address given to us at the time of your order.
Delivery times are counted in work days (Monday through Friday) and start at the reception of your order and of your payment.
In the event of the absence of the recipient or of a person mandated by him at the time of the delivery, the carrier will deposit a delivery notice at the address indicated by the customer, inviting him to take delivery of the products.
In case of a damaged or damaged looking parcel, you must refuse delivery and require the shipment to be returned to us. A new parcel will then be shipped back to you within the best possible time frame.
No return will be accepted after signature of the delivery notice which represents a formal acceptance of the delivery.
Our responsibility cannot be committed in case of a late shipment. Such a delay does not authorize the cancellation of the order, nor does it entitle to the payment by our company of late delivery penalties and/or of consequential damages.
ARTICLE 7 - Property right reservations
The products remain the property of "Les Bijoux d'Olga" until full payment of the price.
"Les Bijoux d'Olga" reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom a litigation exists related to the payment of a previous order
ARTICLE 8 - Protection of personal information
"Les Bijoux d'Olga" commits itself to protecting all personal and confidential information that you communicate to us at the time of order placement. They are in no case intended to be sold, marketed or rented to third parties.
